-You must be at least 18 by December 31, 2009

-Entry Fees are non-refundable, no exceptions

-Contestants and winners will not hold the pageant, officials, venue, or any affiliates liable for injuries, illness, or theft incurred while participating in the pageant or any time during her reign

-Payment options include PayPal, cashier's check, or money order; no personal checks will be accepted

-All fees must be paid by the deadline; failure to pay fees on time will disqualify entrant from competing. If you have a problem, please contact the pageant office.

-All contestants must be present and on time for all rehearsals and events

-Any contestant who is caught defaming the pageant before or during the competition will be automatically disqualified

-Any attempts to communicate with any or all of the judges before or during the competition will result in immediate disqualification

-Judges' decisions are final

-Any woman wishing to compete who has knowledge of a past or present participation in any nude event, press, or public event or activity that may infringe on the moral responsibility of the title Miss Voluptuous Beauty will not be accepted at any level. Failure to disclose such information will result in a automatic disqualification and/or relinquishment of the Ms Voluptuous Beauty title.

-If selected as Miss Voluptuous Beauty, you will be required to:

-All entrants must be naturally born females

-All contestants must be a size 12 or larger

-

Your name will not appear on the website until your entry fee is received
